How to Apply  Nalungu maavu ( Nalungu  Bath powder ) Externally:-

For Bathing: Mix 3 tbsp. of powder with 3-4 tbsp of milk, rose water, or water to form a thick paste. Apply over face and body. Scrub gently and wash off after 10 minutes.

For the face pack: Mix 1 tbsp of powder with milk, rose water, or water to form a thick paste. Apply over face and body. Scrub gently and wash off after 10 minutes.

To remove sun tan: Make a thick paste of powder with curd apply and wash off after 10 minutes.
